احتفى الاستاذ خالد الشيبان بالشباب الرياضي باستراحته بحي الوسيطاء بد مرور حوالي 17 سنة على التجمع والتمارين وذلك بعد تغيير مكان التمارين بحي الوسيطاء والتوجه الى استراحة الرقيبة بطريق الطرفية
