يجوز للمسلمين جميعاً أن يقلّدوا المملكة في الصيام والإفطار

أفتى سماحة الشيخ عبدالعزيز بن عبدالله آل الشيخ المفتى العام للمملكة ورئيس هيئة كبار العلماء وإدارة البحوث العلمية والإفتاء بجواز تقليد المسلمين فى مختلف دول العالم والأقليات الإسلامية المملكة العربية السعودية فى الصيام واعتماد رؤية المملكة لهلال رمضان رؤيةً لهم لأن المملكة تعتمد على الرؤية الشرعية الصحيحة التى لا إشكال فيها ولاريب مشيراً أن الإسلام يرفض الحساب الفكي المحض.

وقال سماحته فى تصريح لـ”المدينة” رداً على سؤال حول الخلافات التى تتكرر سنوياً على رؤية هلال شهر رمضان المبارك عالمنا الإسلامى قبل هذه الثورة العلمية ماكان بعضهم يتصل ببعض أنظن من فى شرق الإسلام يتصل بقارة إفريقيا أو من فى وسط الجزيرة يتصل بالشام أوبالعراق (لا)، كان الناس فيما مضى كل يصوم برؤية هلاله لأنه لايمكن لبعضهم أن يتصلوا بالبعض ، المسافات بعيدة وما جاءت تلك الإتصالات والتقنية الحديثة التى تنقل الأشياء فى لحظات ، كان الناس كلٌ يصوم على رؤية الهلال ، النبى صلى الله عليه وسلم قال قولا فصلا(إذا رأيتموه فصوموا وإذا رأيتموه فأفطروا فإن غمّ عليكم فأكملوا العدة) إذاً فالمسلمون ماكان بينهم إختلاف فى هذه القضية، ،قدِم كريب على ابن عباس بعثته أم الفضل فى عهد معاوية وقال لهم إبن عباس متى صمتم قال رؤى الهلال فى الشام ليلة الجمعة فصام معاوية أمير المؤمنين وصمنا وصام الناس ،، قال نحن لم نره إلا السبت فلا نزال مفطرين حتى نراه،، قال ألا تكتفى بصوم معاوية قال هكذا أمرنا رسول الله ، فيدل على أن أختلاف المطالع أمر لا إشكال فيه،، إذاً فلماذا نختلف إن صمنا قلد بعضنا بعضاً حسن وإن كان كل منا يرى حسن إن قلد المسلمون المملكة العربية السعودية لكون صومها ولله الحمد صادر عن رؤية بصرية لا إشكال ولا أرتياب فيها فحسن وإن كان كلٌ يكتفى برؤيته فحسن المهم أن هذا لايوجب الإختلاف والمعتبر فى الشرع الرؤية البصرية والإستعانة عليها بما يقرب أما الحساب الفكي المحض فإن الإسلام يرفضه لأن النبى يقول (صوموا لرؤيته وأفطروا لرؤيته فإن غمّ عليكم فأكملوا العدة ثلاثين) فالعلم الحسابى لايعوّل عليه ولا يصح أن نعتمد عليه ،،

وحول إذا كان بدء الصوم يصدر من الجهات المسؤولة فى البلد التى تعمل بالحساب الفكى قال سماحته إذا كان الجهات المسؤولة فى البلد أعلنت الصوم ولو كانوا مخطئين فيه فعلى الناس أن يوافقوهم فى صيامهم وإن كان فيما بينهم وبين الله أن يتحروا صيام الرؤية لأن المخالفة والنزاع يحدث شراً عظيماً.. نسأل الله العفو والعافية.

It is jurally permissible for All Muslims to follow Saudi Arabia in starting and ending Ramadan

According to Mohammed Rabe' Suliman Almadina newspaper reporter:
It's permissible for All Muslims to Follow Saudi Arabia in the beginning and the ending their fast.
The Grand Mufti of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, President of the Committee of Major Scholars and the Centre for Knowledge Based Research and Verdicts, his eminent Abdul-Azeez bin Abdullaa bin Muhammad Aal ash-Shaikh gave Fatwa, deliverance of advisory opinion that its permissible for All Muslims in different countries and All Muslim communities in the west to follow the moon sighting of Saudi Arabia because Saudi Arabia reinforce Shariya legislation laws and relies on an accurate, consistent, and Legitimate moon sighting, and reject the absolute astronomical calculations.
In an answer to Almadena newspaper about the unfortunate annual disagreement and disputation about Hilal sighting, his eminent said that in the old days it was so difficult for people of far distances to contact and communicate with each other instantly. As a result, people used to have their own sighting for that reason. Along with that, everybody was ------- of this fact, and also the prophet Mohammed (صلى الله عليه وسلم) said, "Fast when you see it, and break your fast when you see it".

Therefore, Muslims have never had dispute in a such issue. Kuraib, (رضي الله عنه), who was sent by Um alfadl (رضي الله عنها), came to Ibn 'abaas (رضي الله عنه), at the time of Mo'awiah (رضي الله عنه). Ibn Abas asked him,"when did you fast?", Kuraib answered, "the crescent have been witnessed in Levant on the night of Friday. He also said, "Mo'awiah (رضي الله عنه), the leader of believers, fasted and people fast accordingly." Ibn 'abaas, then said, "but we did not see it but on Saturday, so we are still fasting tell we see it". Then Kuraib asked, "Doesn’t it suffice for you, O Ibn-Abbas, what Mo'awiah has done? Ibn-Abbas said, "This is how the prophet Mohamed (صلى الله عليه وسلم) taught us"
From this hadith, we know that the differences in MaTalee' is unquestionable. For that reason, why do we dispute over it? If one community fasts, and the others imitates it, that should be fine, and if each community of us has his own Ro'yah that is also should be fine.
So if Muslims simulate Saudi Arabia because its fasting is a undoubtfully pure eye moon sighting that should be insha-Allah fine and if each one of you has his own moon sighting that should also be fine.
Let there be no dispute amongst Muslims and this is the most important issue. Also, another matter that should be taken into consideration is that the only acceptable moon sighting is the one that have been done via pure naked eye using all means possible to do that.
However, the absolute astronomical calculations is verily rejected in Islam because the Prophet Mohammed (صلى الله عليه وسلم) said, "Fast when you see it, and break your fast when you see it and if it is hidden from you (behind the clouds) then complete Sha'baan thirty days.” we should not count on calculations and depends on it at all.
Shiakh AbdulAziz also said that if the responsible officials announce fasting, even if they are mistaken by following astronomical calculations, however, people should follow them even if they would love to apply the Sunnah in the fullest manner possible. For those officials, they are highly encouraged to implement Sunnah as much as possible. Any deviation from the Sunnah would cause greater dispute, which would generate a greater evil. We should take in consideration the greater goal which is the unity of Umah.
We ask Allah, the All Mighty and Oft-Forgiving refuge and mercy.
